Online Video Class

Students, teachers and parents can access their entire courses schedule and attend classes through the dashboard. Parents now find it easy to pay for their courses, track student’s academic progress. Teachers can give homework and get the answer sheets from the kids.

Kids Panel

Kids panel was built with usability in mind. We wanted to make sure that kids should not only love the look & feel of the dashboard but should also find it easy to use the dashboard. We adopted Jungle theme and added some element of gamification into it.

INTEGRATION

Zoom, WhatsApp

Online classes for kids were conducted via zoom calls. We integrated the LMS platform with Zoom to schedule meetings. This automation saved lot of human effort from the admin side. Automated WhatsApp notifications are setup for the upcoming class and payment reminders.

PARENTS PORTAL

Class Feedback

Its vital to keep the kids happy with the platform. Hence we introduced a feedback form to collect feedback right after the class. This also helps to track the performance of teachers. All this data is then shown in the teacher’s panel.

TEACHER/ADMIN PORTAL

Payouts & Payments

Payout reports are generated automatically once the class is completed. Teachers can see their pending payouts by class and batch. Admin can initiate the payout and view a report on earnings and payouts
