The initiative was business-critical, highly visible, and tied to a fixed market launch window. We designed and delivered a complete digital membership ecosystem spanning customer experience, mobile access, admin operations, and backend infrastructure — all within 2–3 weeks.

The platform is now live and operational across all Naturals stores nationwide, supporting membership purchases, voucher management, and in-store redemptions.
